This video introduces you to your arms and hands experience, it explains some of the anatomy and includes 3D animation so that you can get a good understanding of what is going on inside your body. You won't want to watch the intro all the time so I have separated the introduction out from the exercises so that you can have an uncluttered approach to doing the exercises.
